About the event
iNGO takes its name from the Luhya word for home, understood here as memory, hospitality, and the shared act of gathering around a table.
The iNGO dinner series explores East African food cultures through intimate, curated dining experiences that honour tradition while engaging contemporary culinary expression.
The first edition, Harvest & Hearth, is set in Western Kenya and draws inspiration from the region’s agricultural heritage. Indigenous ingredients are approached with restraint and modern technique, allowing familiar flavours to be experienced in a new light.
The dinner is presented in collaboration with Sip n Savour, with each course thoughtfully paired to complement the narrative on the plate.
This is the first chapter of iNGO. A return home, one plate at a time.
