I love dim sum and have been wanting to make it for AAAAAAAAGGGGEEEESSS! But somehow, other things became more important. I would go out to look for a steamer and then completely forget.
So, this one weekend I passed by VituZote to buy an apron for my son and the happened to be having a sale. I asked them if they had a bamboo steamer, secretly hoping they didn't because I hadn't budgeted for it.
